Pupils meet with Mr Danny Kinahan MLA to voice concerns over proposed closure.

Mr Danny Kinahan met a forum of our prefects and School Council members who voiced their concerns over the NEELB’s proposed closure of our school in August 2014. Mr Kinahan was very supportive of their views regarding pupils of all backgrounds being educated together in our community and that our Year 11 pupils be given the opportunity to complete their GCSE courses. He encouraged pupils to lobby local representatives to gather support and momentum for our campaign to have a shared management school for the whole of the Crumlin community with a vision for a truly shared education.

Tonight (Mon 28th October) at 7:30pm, there is a meeting in the school assembly hall with Mr Kinahan.  All parents and members of the wider community are welcome to attend to discuss a Shared Management School for whole community of Crumlin.
