On Monday 14th November Head Girl and GCSE Art & Design student, Hannah Storey, was invited to the Titanic Belfast to receive her award as senior winner in this years’ Anti – Bullying art competition conducted by the Northern Ireland Anti – Bullying Foundation. The theme for the competition was ‘Together We are Stronger’ and Hannah’s work portrayed the devastating effect both physical and emotional bullying can have on someone of any age. The Junior minister of Education Mr Alastair Ross MLA present Hannah with her certificate and prize. Hannah’s work was chosen from over 200 entries and she was able to meet the other competitors and listen to interesting talks and life stories about bullying. The day ended with a well-deserved delicious lunch. Well done Hannah!
